Responsibilities:
- Passionate Approach: Embrace and excel in our play-based, child-led, adult-guided, and child-centered ABA methodology.
- Assessment: Conduct assessments and advocate for client needs.
- Relationship Building: Cultivate a rapport in which learning objectives are delivered in a naturalistic play-based manner.
- Customized Plans: Create Behavior Intervention Plans and write programming based on evidence-based approaches.
- Supervision: Train, supervise, and provide feedback to RBTs offering direct service.
- Insurance Knowledge: Utilize experience working with insurance companies.
- Adaptability: Develop program materials and adapt programming as required.
- Monitoring: Continuously monitor programs and client progress.
- Parent Training: Provide parent coaching and training.
- Professional Growth: Participate in or plan professional development and meetings with the clinical team as needed.
- Teamwork: Maintain open communication with teams.
- Rethink Experience: Experience with Rethink is a plus.
