Account Executive (bridge loans) at YouLand
YouLand is a driving force in the growth and success of real estate investors nationwide. Specializing in financing non-owner occupied residential investment properties.
We are rapidly expanding and seeking dynamic team members for our sales team. We are looking for individuals passionate about real estate and dedicated to fostering strategic relationships within the real estate investor community. Successful Account Executives should possess mortgage experience, preferably in fix & flip or short-term bridge financing.
Role Overview:
- Grow a network of brokers, realtors, and borrowers to develop a consistent stream of loan origination.
- Collaborate with management to establish and exceed loan production targets.
- Maintain a database of borrowers and brokers.
- Provide sales and technical training/support to borrowers and brokers.
- Pre-qualify loans and review loan submission packages for credit approval.
- Collaborate with processing and underwriting teams for due diligence and closing requirements.
- Occasionally assist the loan servicing department in collecting payments from delinquent borrowers.
- Direct the mortgage broker approval process.
Qualifications/Experience:
- Minimum 1 year of sales experience, preferably in mortgage origination, ideally in private/hard money lending.
- College degree strongly preferred.
- NMLS license preferred.
- Highly self-motivated and disciplined.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong sales, communication, and negotiation skills, both over the phone and in person.
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities.
- Service and team-oriented.
