Toppel AI Agent

The Toppel Career Center Agent is a customized AI assistant designed to support University of Miami students with career readiness. It provides clear, accurate guidance on resumes, Handshake, Cane2Cane, interviews, career exploration, workshops, and Toppel resources—while integrating UM-specific policies, processes.

To begin using our Agent:

  1. Login to your Microsoft Copilot account with your UM email address (if you no longer have access to your UM email you will not be able to access this)
  2. In the navigation panel, select All Agents to see everything available in the Agent Store
  3. Search Toppel AI Agent
  4. Choose Add or Open to add it to your navigation panel.

*Please note this is not available to those who no longer have access to their UM email.
